Fancy Dress Activity

Delhi Public School, Tezpur, celebrated the spirit of patriotism with a vibrant Fancy Dress Activity for the students on the occasion of Independence Day. The event was organized to instill a sense of pride, respect, and love for the nation among the young learners.

Students enthusiastically participated by dressing up as various freedom fighters, national leaders, soldiers, and eminent personalities who played a significant role in India’s struggle for independence. Characters such as Mahatma Gandhi, Rani Lakshmibai, Bhagat Singh, Subhas Chandra Bose, Sarojini Naidu, and Jawaharlal Nehru were brought to life through their costumes, dialogues, and spirited performances.
The children confidently spoke a few lines about the personalities they portrayed, highlighting their contributions to the nation’s freedom.

The celebration concluded with words of appreciation from the teachers, who commended the students for their efforts and creativity in making the event memorable.
