More about me: I would describe myself as a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and industrious teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. I would also say that I am a high-achieving teacher.
During my tenure in my previous school (APS, Tezpur), I was acknowledged for my contribution towards the school for the upliftment of the students and the introduction of the Olympiad in the year 2018. I felt very proud to have been awarded. It was a great source of motivation.
Thereafter, I was fortunate to get the opportunity to conduct and host' Principals and Chairmen's Meet ( 2017)'. This event was a rich etymology of learning for me.
My contributions to DPST: I have been associated with this institution since its Foundation Year. I was actively involved in the Inauguration Ceremony of the school as an MC.
Thereafter, I was fortunate to get an opportunity to serve as a Coordinator (Class Nur to 3) taking care of the academic area of the primary section.
I was also the Coordinator for Olympiad Examinations wherein different competitive examinations are held to increase the problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills of the students.
I was also a member of the POSCO COMMITTEE (2022) and DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE (2022).
Thereafter, I also was actively involved in House activities as a Housemistress.
What more I can do for DPST?: As educators, we can make an effort for active community engagement, which is the ability for educators to engage and build positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and the outside community genuinely and attentively.
We can achieve this level of engagement at the classroom, school, neighborhood, state, and national, levels in different ways.
Organizing lunch groups (classroom level), extracurricular activities such as a school dance activity or a debate discussion, workshops (School level), community service projects (neighborhood level), and various other events can be planned.
In this manner, I hope to contribute to a brighter and more compassionate world where minds are opened and where dreams are nurtured.

My contributions to DPST: As a physical education teacher, my contributions are .... 1. Effectively organize space, equipment, and students.
- Provide adequate equipment that allows all children to be active at the same time
- Limit teacher talk or instruction time.
- Plan practice opportunities that are structured for maximum participation.
- Structure the class so that learning occurs while students are being physically active.
What more I can do for DPST?: As a physical education teacher I can smoothly organize an annual sports day, inter-school tournament, fitness coaching, and advance coaching, try to get more students to participate and win the medal in the CBSE school tournament.
